We believe that our current economic systems and institutions are no longer capable to adequately address and respond to today’s critical challenges and mounting crises; and that we need to provide a platform, a safe meeting place, where ideas and innovative approaches can be brought forth for developing a positive economy; one which believes in creating relationships and knowledge instead of transactions.
In the increasingly crowded space of economic, institutional, social, governmental/non-governmental, and humanistic change-based organizations centered around the principles of economic equality, fairness, sustainability, and humanity; few places are offering the opportunity to foster relations between solution providers in order to create and share knowledge about the development of a responsible and socially sustainable economy.
Today we are creating that space; a place for us to stand and work together, instead of fearing and standing apart. Today a movement is born. It begins with you and us and will expand in other locations and forms in the coming year.
